The festival, with Festival Internacional De Cine Austral as its Argentinian title, bestowed the award for best set design upon Milad Mansouri’s first directorial film production.

The film tells the story of porters who gamble their lives on the border for a piece of bread.

The late Ali Ansarian, an ex-footballer and actor who lost his life in a battle with COVID-19, is among the cast members of the flick.

Ansarian recently won a post-mortem award for his role in the film at the V.i.Z. Film Fest in Bulgaria.
